Director of Corporate Operations

As a member of the Director Leadership Team, the Director of Corporate Operations reports to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), and is responsible for (a) planning and monitoring the day-to-day running of the internal client services business, (b) assisting with strategic planning, (c) the overall Company Operations of Office Administration, Human Resources, and Legal, in addition to(d) planning, implementing, directing, and managing staff resources, staff development, operations, administrative functions, and Human Resource functions. The Director organizes, directs, and oversees all aspects of internal client services management by establishing policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems to ensure daily operations, legal and regulatory compliance, and internal client satisfaction. The Director provides leadership within the Department and collaborates with the other Directors across the Company.
