As a member of the Director Leadership Team, the Director of Corporate Operations reports to the COO, assists with strategic planning with Director Leadership Team and is responsible for the overall Corporate Operations of Office Administration, Human Resources, and Corporate Legal. The Director is responsible for planning, implementing, directing, and managing staff resources, staff development, operations, administrative functions, and Human Resource function of the Corporate Administration Department. The Director organizes, directs, and oversees all aspects of internal client services management by establishing policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems to ensure daily operations, legal and regulatory compliance, and internal client satisfaction. The Director provides leadership within the Department, and collaboratively with the other Directors and across the Company.
