As Facility Operations Manager, Dillon Gamber administers the operation, maintenance, and replacement of capital infrastructure assets for each district in accordance with their asset management plans for new and existing public infrastructure facilities. He ensures the proper care of assets, preserves standards, and maintains schedules in an efficient, safe, and quality-focused manner.

Mr. Gamber’s experience comes from over two years of maintaining all city-owned parks and recreational facilities as a park specialist for the city of Mitchell in his home state of South Dakota. Before that, he oversaw an indoor trampoline park as building services manager where he was responsible for hiring, training, and managing over 70 employees. While there, Mr. Gamber also planned events and maintained the equipment and facilities to provide an excellent recreation experience for the guests.

He has a degree in Park and Recreation Management from South Dakota State University. Mr. Gamber is certified by the Red Cross in CPR and first aid. He is also a Certified Pool Operator and playground safety inspector.

In South Dakota, Mr. Gamber was part of a youth mentor program which included visiting local elementary schools to eat lunch with, play games with, and tutor underprivileged students. He also coached youth sports. Now in Colorado, Mr. Gamber hopes to continue fostering his interest in teaching and working with kids via similar programs.

Mr. Gamber lives an active lifestyle—running, working out, and playing golf among other activities. His black lab, Bogie, frequently joins him outdoors, hunting, fishing, hiking, and running. He enjoys attending live music performances and spending time with friends and family.
