Adelena GallegosHuman Resource and Payroll Administrator
Adelena Gallegos’ clients are Pinnacle’s employees. As Human Resource and Payroll Administrator, she coordinates recruitment and staffing, training and development, and other HR tasks such as payroll and records management. In addition, she assists the HR director with confidential daily operations.
Just prior to joining Pinnacle, Ms. Gallegos was with Natural Resources Conservation Service, managing contracts for farmer and rancher programs. Before that, she worked at a manufacturing facility, starting as a laborer on the floor before being promoted and spending two years as a Human Resources Assistant.
She’s currently working towards her degree in Human Resources Management at Colorado State University. Previously she has taken classes as a medical lab tech, and she’s certified in mental health first aid, CPR, and the Department of Transportation’s Reasonable Suspicion Training.
Now a mother of two living in Loveland, Ms. Gallegos was born and raised in the small town of Rocky Ford, Colorado. She enjoys attending festivals and traveling to the mountains with her family. Closer to home her free time often finds her on the basketball court or ball field, either as a player or as a coach. With a passion for wildlife, she enjoys the simple yet amazing gifts life has to offer.
