Casey Milligan

Assistant Director of Capital Infrastructure and Facility Management

As Assistant Director of Capital and Facilities, Casey Milligan performs a strategic role in the Director Leadership Team and the Capital and Facilities department. He is responsible for assisting in planning implementing, directing, and managing staff, operations, and administrative functions of the department to ensure the efficient completion of scoped client services and the development and adherence to client budgets. His attention to detail and commitment to excellence provide a valuable service to clients.

Mr. Milligan began his Pinnacle career as a Project Manager before moving into a Senior Project Manager role. He oversaw capital contracts from public bid to project closeout and everything in between. Mr. Milligan has over 20 years of experience within the construction industry. His diverse background in purchasing, accounting and superintendent roles provide a unique and valuable skill set to the Pinnacle team.

Mr. Milligan received his Bachelor of Arts from Chadron State College in Business Management and Accounting.

In his free time, Casey enjoys running, volleyball and backpacking.
