Crystal Clemens

District Manager

As District Manager, Crystal Clemens is involved in the overall operations of the district, which includes assisting district boards in administrative management, governmental compliance, board meeting facilitation, insurance administration, and facility maintenance coordination.

Ms. Clemens has an extensive background in government, both at the county level and the state level, with roles including Deputy County Clerk and Community Services RSVP Director. She has nonprofit experience in grant administration program management and is certified as a Public Manager through the University of Kansas.

She also has a certification as an Elections Registration Administrator, and she served on the state of Kansas election task force and established a multilingual voting action plan.

Her Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership is from Fort Hays State University in Hays, Kansas.

As a Kansas resident, Ms. Clemens served as an elected school board member and has volunteered on school site councils. In her spare time she enjoys reading, as well as spending time with her family camping and fishing.
