Senior Facility Operations Manager, Daryl Fields serves as an expert resource to the Capital and Facilities staff to ensure high-quality client services including administering the operation, maintenance, and replacement of capital infrastructure assets for each district in accordance with their asset management plans for new and existing public infrastructure facilities. He provides adequate and consistent training and quality control, enhances department resources and systems, and promotes teamwork and problem-solving.
Mr. Fields began at Pinnacle in 2021 as a Facility Operations Manager. His facilities management experience includes managing everything from landscaping to tenant improvement projects as the onsite facilities manager for companies such as CBRE, Jones Lang Lasalle, Inc., and Google.
Mr. Fields earned his bachelor’s degree from Utah State University. He is a certified Playground Supervisor through the National Program for Playground Safety.
He puts a great deal of importance on the community. With his neighbors, he learned to grow pumpkins, onions, and spices in a community garden. Mr. Fields’ hobbies also include seeing live music and playing chess. He enjoys being outdoors, whether attending sporting events (he’s a Baltimore Ravens fan), grilling on the barbeque, or playing with his two dogs, Queen Sheba and King Tut.
