Community AdministratorIn her role as Community Administrator, Dawn Clark works with the Community Manager to coordinate community management, covenant enforcement, community outreach, fee billing and collection, and processing ownership transfers.
Ms. Clark’s professional experience includes office management, property management, and title work. She also spent many years as a licensed real estate agent.
In the past, Ms. Clark volunteered with CASA (Court-Appointed Special Advocates). In good weather, she enjoys three-generation camping with both her father and her son. She’s an avid gardener, does a lot of food canning, and loves dogs and the Denver Broncos.
