Dawn ClarkCommunity Administrator
In her role as Community Administrator, Dawn Clark works with Community Managers to coordinate all aspects of Special District Community Management, including covenant enforcement, community outreach, architectural control, and fee billing and collection.
Ms. Clark’s professional experience includes office management, property management, and working with titles. She also spent many years as a licensed real estate agent. She’s also certified as a Colorado notary.
In the past Ms. Clark has volunteered with CASA (Court-Appointed Special Advocates). In good weather she enjoys three-generation camping with both her father and her son. She’s an avid gardener and does a lot of food canning, and loves both dogs and the Denver Broncos.
