Ettie Arnold

Community Manager

As Community Manager, Ettie Arnold uses her skills in communication, team coordination, and sound reasoning to assist District Managers in all aspects of Special District Management.

With a background in municipal work, Ms. Arnold comes to Pinnacle with five years’ experience in board meeting support along with several additional years of administration, governmental accounting, customer service, facilities management, and billing. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Communication, and was licensed as an elementary school teacher.

Outside of work, Ms. Arnold is a lead volunteer for the Colorado Pet Pantry, and has been providing support to families and their pets in Weld County for over a year. When not volunteering, she likes to explore new places — especially outdoors — and enjoys music and baking. She has two grown daughters and a grandchild, whom she adores spending time with.
