Geol ScheirmanAssistant District Manager
In his role as Assistant District Manager, Mr. Scheirman assists in facilitating Board of Directors’ meetings and annual budget preparation. Working closely with Pinnacle’s team, vendors, and consultants, he also helps ensure timely and accurate tracking of projects, operations, and compliance throughout the districts.
Customer service has always been central to Mr. Scheirman’s career, first in restaurant and hotel hospitality, then in homeowners’ association management working with boards and vendors throughout the Denver Metro area. He then moved into Metropolitan District management, working for the past three years with local municipalities and vendors to satisfy the growing needs of new communities in the state.
Mr. Scheirman earned his BA in Business at Calvin College in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He’s a certified manager of Community Associations and a member of the Rocky Mountain Chapter of the Community Association Institute (CAI).
Along with his wife, Mr. Scheirman is a certified facilitator for “SibShop,” workshops for siblings of those with special needs. Usually between ages 7-12, these brothers and sisters can play games and talk about the positive and sometimes negative aspects of having a sibling with special needs. As facilitators he and his wife work hard to provide a special time for these kids to be kids, helping them understand they aren’t alone and have a great network of support around them.
Mr. Scheirman enjoys hanging out with his wife and two daughters, particularly hiking and biking in the mountains. You’re also likely to find him on a golf course or indoor soccer field.
