Joan Howell

Assistant Project Manager/Project Administrator

As Assistant Project Manager/Project Administrator Ms. Howell works with Project Managers to oversee and administer key aspects of bidding, contracting, payables, and close-out and acceptance for multiple projects at Pinnacle.

Her 20+ years of project administration experience includes entitlement, design, permitting and construction, contract administration, and payables. She also studied Criminal Justice at Pike’s Peak Community College.

Ms. Howell has been involved with the nonprofit Junior Achievement for ten years. She spends her free time with her family and particularly enjoys outdoor activities like camping, boating, and ATVing.
