Michael Garcia

Assistant Accounting Manager

As Assistant Accounting Manager, Michael Garcia supports the Accounting Manager in all aspects of client accounting for Pinnacle. Some of his responsibilities include daily accounting functions, payroll, maintaining the general ledger, preparing financial statements, and monitoring budgets. He also assists in maintaining the overall financial health of multiple clients.

Mr. Garcia brings to Pinnacle over seventeen years of finance and accounting experience — from the municipal, construction, and client service industries. He also honed his communication and negotiation skills over five years in customer support.

At the University of Colorado Boulder, Mr. Garcia earned his Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a Business emphasis.

In addition to volunteering as a youth and middle school football coach, Mr. Garcia has also served as both treasurer and president for a club swimming organization. He’s a Colorado native, and in his off hours he takes advantage of outdoor activities whenever he can, camping, fishing, hiking, ATV riding, and playing golf — both traditional and frisbee.
