Amanda Castle

Partner / Chief Operating Officer

Partner and Chief Operating Officer, Amanda Castle oversees PCGI’s daily business operations, ensuring client services are delivered with consistency, efficiency, and accountability. She drives operational strategy, financial reporting, and key procedures that support long-term company growth while maintaining high standards across all engagements. With more than 15 years of accounting experience—including over a decade working with special districts and leading PCGI’s Finance & Accounting team—Amanda brings deep expertise in audits, financial reporting, and debt and investment management. Previously a senior auditor at a Denver-based CPA firm, she continues to serve as a financial liaison with boards, city departments, and state and regional agencies. Amanda earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of Northern Colorado and also served as Mayor Pro Tem for the City of Evans.
