Sarah Brown

Director of District Management & Administration

Director of District Management & Administration, Sarah Brown leads the department responsible for compliance, governance, and day-to-day operations for client districts. Her team ensures transparency, accountability, and effective communication among boards, residents, and stakeholders. Since joining Pinnacle in 2022, Sarah has advanced from Assistant District Manager to District Manager before assuming her current leadership role. She brings over a decade of nonprofit and project management experience, including leadership roles with United Way and six AmeriCorps programs. Sarah earned her bachelor’s degree from San Jose State University and is recognized for her strong organizational and communication skills with a focus on client service.
