Foundry PIF

Public Improvement (PIF) and Retail Sales Fees (RSF) are collected by retailers in certain areas to finance a portion of costs for public improvements to the area. As a consultant, our team works to establish and maintain systems for receiving, collecting, administering, remitting, and disbursing PIF and RSF. Our team works with retailers and property owners to ensure compliance and to provide detailed reporting to owners.
