He directed Finance & Accounting in the preparation of financial statements, budget forecasting and monitoring, debt issuance, investment management, and audit coordination. With more than 15 years of progressive responsibility at PCGI, Brendan has led teams through complex financial reporting, capital project tracking, and compliance matters while supporting district and authority formations, public-private partnerships, and financing strategies. He previously served as a senior auditor for a Denver-based CPA firm, providing audit, compliance, and financial advisory services. Brendan earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Phoenix and holds active CPA licenses in Colorado and Utah.
