Jason Woolard

Partner / Chief Executive Officer

Partner and Chief Executive Officer, Jason Woolard sets PCGI’s strategic vision and governance priorities, ensuring all departments operate under a unified direction. He provides leadership for all aspects of the company with an emphasis on long-term growth, organizational health, and return on investment. A Veteran Officer of the United States Air Force, Jason brings extensive experience in leadership, strategic planning, and organizational management, having served in six countries worldwide. He has also worked as a project manager for a commercial general contractor and as a master planner for an international engineering firm, managing special district land development and infrastructure projects valued at more than $400M. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Colorado State University and is a LEED Accredited Professional.
