Jennifer Ondracek

Director of Finance and Accounting

Director of Finance & Accounting, Jennifer Ondracek oversees budgeting, reporting, and audit readiness for client districts, ensuring financial clarity and accountability for boards and residents. She plays a strategic role in PCGI’s leadership team, directing staff resources, operations, and client financial planning. Since joining Pinnacle in 2019, Jennifer has advanced through multiple roles in the Finance & Accounting department, gaining extensive experience in general ledger accounting, budget development, and financial compliance. Her background includes work with municipalities in her home state of North Dakota and experience in the renewable energy and agricultural industries. Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Dickinson State University and brings strong expertise in financial management and public-sector accounting.
