Kent Krause

Director of Capital Infrastructure Project Management

Director of Capital Infrastructure Project Management, Kent Krause oversees the planning, funding, and delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects for PCGI’s client districts. His department ensures that utilities, roads, and public facilities are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with engineering and regulatory standards while aligning projects with financial planning. Kent brings more than a decade of experience managing metropolitan districts, HOAs, and community facilities, including prior roles as a Community General Manager with AdvanceHOA and Assistant Director at The Meadows Neighborhood Company in Castle Rock. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Northern Iowa and is recognized for his expertise in budget development, project management, and municipal collaboration, ensuring districts receive efficient, reliable, and well-coordinated infrastructure solutions.
