Kevin Mitts

District Manager

As District Manager, Kevin Mitts manages the operations and maintenance of facilities and related services, covenant enforcement, architectural review and control, ownership and financial database management, budgeting, and the activities of the Board of Directors. On behalf of the district, he manages consultants, service vendors, contractors, and maintenance support personnel, while maintaining contracts, records, and governmental compliance.

With 30 years in customer service management, Mr. Mitts provides extensive experience in understanding customers and their needs. He ensures clear communication is prioritized to form a collaborative team. Mr. Mitts has worked in all aspects of accounting as well as facilities management.

While serving in the United States Marine Corps, he earned his bachelor’s degree in business. He currently serves in the Loveland and Johnstown Chambers of Commerce and is a member of the Elks Lodge of Westminster. Along with his family, Mr. Mitts has assisted in fundraising for Foundations Church in Loveland.

Mr. Mitts values time in the outdoors, particularly hiking and camping with his family. He enjoys watching sports of any kind, as well as spending time with friends.
