As Human Resources and Payroll Administrator, Mindy Krager operates with a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism as she coordinates the recruitment and staffing process, completes tasks associated with benefits administration, and processes payroll and related functions.
Mrs. Krager spent the majority of her career prior to Pinnacle with American Greetings Corporation. Her role there included recruiting, hiring, and training new merchandisers as well as coordinating and leading merchandising teams to complete revisions according to best practice standards in various retail stores throughout Colorado, Nebraska, and Wyoming.
In June 2023, she received her certification as an SHRM-certified professional. Mrs. Krager also holds a degree in Christian Ministries with an emphasis in Missions from Asbury University in Kentucky. With a heart for outreach and service, she is actively involved in ministry, mentoring and teaching children and young adults through her local church. In her community and beyond, Mrs. Krager is always looking for opportunities to help disadvantaged families and individuals like organizing outreach events to serve the local community. She has taken mission trips to Ensenada, Mexico; Camden, New Jersey; Indianapolis, Indiana; Washington D.C., Nicaragua, and Puerto Rico. Mrs. Krager also led a youth mission trip to Jackson Lake, TX to help with hurricane cleanup. Closer to home, she volunteered as a Girl Scout Troop Leader for over 10 years.
Beyond volunteering, you are likely to find Mrs. Krager doing puzzles, drinking coffee, and spending quality time with her husband and daughters. In her free time, she enjoys breaking out of escape rooms, playing softball, camping, and traveling with her family.
