Mindy Krager

Human Resources and Payroll Administrator

Senior Office Administrator, Mindy Krager serves as an expert resource to the Corporate staff to ensure adequate and consistent training and quality control while enhancing department resources and promoting teamwork and problem-solving. She performs a broad range of administrative duties with an emphasis on coordinating front-office activities, maintaining common areas and supplies, and providing backup administrative support to the Corporate staff.

Mrs. Krager began with Pinnacle as a Human Resources and Payroll Administrator where she provided exceptional support in recruitment and staffing processes, benefits administration, and processing payroll. She spent the majority of her career prior to Pinnacle with American Greetings Corporation. Her role there included recruiting, hiring, and training new merchandisers as well as coordinating and leading merchandising teams to complete revisions according to best practice standards in various retail stores throughout Colorado, Nebraska, and Wyoming.

In June 2023, she received her certification as a SHRM-certified professional. Mrs. Krager also holds a degree in Christian Ministries with an emphasis in Missions from Asbury University in Kentucky.

With a heart for outreach and service, she is actively involved in ministry, mentoring and teaching children and young adults through her local church. She has taken mission trips to Ensenada, Mexico; Camden, New Jersey; Indianapolis, Indiana; Washington D.C., Nicaragua, and Puerto Rico. Mrs. Krager also led a youth mission trip to Jackson Lake, TX to help with hurricane cleanup.

In her community and beyond, Mrs. Krager is always looking for opportunities to help disadvantaged families and individuals like organizing outreach events to serve the local community or volunteering at Serve 6.8 and Vindeket Foods. Closer to home, she has been volunteering as a Girl Scout Troop Leader for 13 years and counting.

Beyond volunteering, you are likely to find Mrs. Krager doing puzzles, drinking coffee, and spending quality time with her husband and daughters. In her free time, she enjoys breaking out of escape rooms, playing softball, camping, and traveling with her family.
