Rick York

Director of Corporate Operations

Director of Corporate Operations, Rick York leads PCGI’s internal business functions, ensuring the firm’s infrastructure supports the delivery of high-quality client services. His department oversees HR, IT, corporate accounting, marketing, compliance, and organizational systems, providing the processes and controls that keep the company aligned and efficient. Rick drives initiatives that strengthen operations, improve communication, and maintain consistent standards across all offices, allowing client-facing teams to focus on service delivery. He previously worked with Seattle-based technology start-ups, focusing on systems transformation and business management. Rick earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Northern Colorado and is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
