Shadrack Too
Project ManagerProject Manager, Shadrack Too manages and oversees the bidding and contracting process for public infrastructure assets in each district. On behalf of the district and at the direction of the Board of Directors he administers contracts, manages the contracted budget and payment process, coordinates the project team, maintains project records, and administers the acceptance and closeout process.
Mr. Too joined Pinnacle in 2023 as an Assistant Project Manager, providing exceptional administration of capital infrastructure construction. Previously he spent four years as an assistant project manager for a general contracting firm where his responsibilities included procurement, site safety, inventory, and scheduling. He also has four years of experience as an operations manager for a moving company where he assisted with coordination and personnel management.
Mr. Too earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance at the University of Wyoming, where he ran for the cross country and track and field teams.
He is an active member of Rhema Covenant Church in Cheyenne, Wyoming, and organizes monthly barbecues for the homeless. He’s a fan of playing basketball, running, hiking, and reading. Mr. Too also likes to travel and enjoys spending time with family.
