Assistant Project Manager, Shadrack Too works with the Project Manager to complete the administration of constructing capital infrastructure assets. He assists in the bidding, contracting, and payments processes, project oversight, project acceptance, and administrative and reporting functions associated with each project.

Previously Mr. Too spent four years as an assistant project manager for a general contracting firm where his responsibilities included procurement, site safety, inventory, and scheduling. He also has four years of experience as an operations manager for a moving company where he assisted with coordination and personnel management.

Mr. Too earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance at the University of Wyoming, where he ran for the cross country and track and field teams.

He is an active member of Rhema Covenant Church in Cheyenne, Wyoming, and organizes monthly barbecues for the homeless. He’s a fan of playing basketball, running, hiking, and reading. Mr. Too also likes to travel and enjoys spending time with family.
