
Shannon McEvoy
Assistant Director of District Management & AdministrationIn his role as Assistant Director of District Management & Administration, Shannon McEvoy performs a strategic role in the Director Leadership Team and the Management and Administration Department. He is responsible for assisting in planning, implementing, directing and managing staff, operations, and administrative functions of the department to ensure the efficient completion of scoped client services and the development and adherence to client budgets. His ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and build lasting professional relationships provides a strong base for success in his position. By using his proven abilities in leadership, organization, and management, Mr. McEvoy’s tenacity allows him to serve his team in the most effective manner possible.
As a Veteran Officer of the United States Army, Mr. McEvoy brings a wealth of leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, critical thinking, and organizational experience to the Pinnacle team. He has commanded units of more than 200 personnel, ensuring they were adequately led, resourced, trained, and prepared to execute their mission. Mr. McEvoy served at various duty locations both in the United States and in Europe, deploying multiple times to Afghanistan with the 82nd Airborne Division.
He graduated from the University of Nebraska—Lincoln with a Bachelor of Arts in History and a Latin Minor. He also holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Nebraska—Lincoln, specializing in international business.
Mr. McEvoy resides in Fort Collins with his wife Erin, who works treating trauma as a Psychologist for the Department of Veterans Affairs. He and Erin devote their time to the lives and schools of their three children Quinn, Jack, and Rowan. He also enjoys outdoor activities with his family, as well as running and golf.
