Shannon McEvoy

District Manager

In his role as District Manager, Mr. McEvoy manages consultants, service vendors, contractors and maintenance support personnel, and he maintains contracts and records on behalf of the districts. His ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and build strong professional relationships provides a strong base for success in his position. By using his proven abilities in leadership, organization and management, Shannon’s tenacity allows him to serve his assigned clients in the most effective manner possible.

As a Veteran Officer of the United States Army, Shannon brings a wealth of leadership, problem solving, decision making, critical thinking and organizational experience to the Pinnacle team. He has commanded units of more than 200 personnel, ensuring they were adequately led, resourced, trained and prepared to execute their mission. Shannon served at multiple duty locations both in the United States and in Europe, deploying multiple times to Afghanistan with the 82nd Airborne Division.

Shannon graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a bachelor’s degree in History and a Latin minor. In 2020 he earned his Master of Business Administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He also has various certifications through the military, including a Top Secret security clearance.

Shannon resides in Fort Collins with his wife Erin and three children, Quinn, Jack and Rowan. He and his family devote time to their church and schools. Shannon is a member of the Knights of Columbus, providing educational, charitable, social welfare and public relief work in the community. Shannon also enjoys outdoor activities with his family, as well as running and golf.
