
Shannon McEvoy
Managing DirectorManaging Director, Shannon McEvoy oversees PCGI’s client service departments, ensuring districts are compliant, well-governed, and supported by strong communication and reliable operations. He provides leadership across client services operations linking strategy with execution to deliver consistent, professional management for every client. A Veteran Officer of the United States Army, Shannon commanded units of more than 200 personnel and deployed multiple times to Afghanistan with the 82nd Airborne Division, bringing tested leadership and organizational skills to his role. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and a Master of Business Administration with a focus in international business from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, along with Project Management Professional certification. Shannon combines his military and business background to unify diverse teams and deliver results for the districts PCGI serves.
