Shannon Randazzo

District Manager

As District Manager, Shannon Randazzo manages the operations and maintenance of facilities and related services, covenant enforcement, architectural review and control, ownership and financial database management, budgeting, and the activities of the Board of Directors. On behalf of the district, she manages consultants, service vendors, contractors, and maintenance support personnel, while maintaining contracts, records, and governmental compliance.

Mrs. Randazzo began at Pinnacle in 2022 as a District Administrator providing support to the District Managers, Accounting Managers, and Project Administrators. Her experience with local government spans 18 years. The various municipal departments she has been involved with include courts, the City Clerk’s Office, utility billing, and building and water/sewer divisions. She is a certified Building Permit Technician as well.

In addition to volunteering with the Humane Society, the Colorado native loves to partake in all that the state has to offer, from the Front Range to her hometown of Durango. She loves to spend her time outside of work cheering on her stepson in football, wrestling, and baseball.
