Susan Mendoza

Fleet Services Coordinator

Fleet Services Coordinator Susan Mendoza’s job is to “serve the servers”— overseeing fleet vehicle operations and maintenance. By fueling, cleaning, and servicing the cars used by Pinnacle employees off-site, she helps ensure that they can serve the company’s clients as effectively as possible.

Ms. Mendoza’s past experience includes working as a paraprofessional in special education, as well as in guest services at a Ronald McDonald House.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Therapeutic Recreation from the University of Northern Colorado.

Mentoring and volunteering is a vital part of Ms. Mendoza’s life outside of work. She’s a mentor mom for Moms of Preschoolers (MOPS), as well as a Kids Hope mentor. She also volunteers at Foundations church, both with Angel House and with the funeral team.

Ms. Mendoza enjoys outdoor activities like hiking, riding her bike, and swimming. Her favorite pastime by far is hanging out with her three kids, their spouses, and her two grandchildren, Ryder and Jo.
