As Human Resources and Payroll Administrator, Theresa Kleinsmith operates with a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism as she coordinates the recruitment and staffing process, completes tasks associated with benefits administration, and processes payroll and related functions.

Mrs. Kleinsmith began her career in the healthcare field where she held positions such as certified nursing assistant, business administration, and HR for assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing. She then spent 5 years with a private Pathology group providing administration and HR services. During this time., she was a member of the SHRM, Northern Colorado HR Association. In March of 2022, Mrs. Kleinsmith took a hiatus from the office to receive her CDL, spending time driving with her husband. She was also a seasonal employee at Eaton Grove Nursery where her gardening talents bloomed. As an avid gardener, with a specialty in weeding, she often spends a lot of time with dirt under her fingernails.

Mrs. Kleinsmith gives back to the community as a support group volunteer for the Alzheimer’s Association NOCO chapter.

She finds joy in spending time with her family and 4 grandchildren, specifically with spoiling the grandchildren before returning them to their parents. At the end of the day, she winds down by reading or knitting. Mrs. Kleinsmith has spent the last few years camping and exploring 9 of the 63 National Parks, with hopes of visiting them all!
