Eli Trevino

Accountant

Accountant, Eli Trevino supports the Assistant Accounting Manager with day-to-day accounting functions, payroll, maintenance of the general ledger, preparation of financial statements, and compiling and monitoring of budgets for each client.

Over the years, Ms. Trevino has held a variety of office roles in the construction industry where she developed her exceptional customer service abilities and began honing her accounting skills. As an administrative assistant, she provided support to the administrator through accounts payable tasks, working on payroll, verifying business licensing for many municipalities, managing certificates of insurance for contractors, subcontractors, and vendors, and oversaw vendor accounts. As an office manager and bookkeeper, Ms. Trevino developed her eye for detail completing pre-qualification forms, ensuring safety guidelines were met on work sites, and managing office and warehouse inventory. She also maintained accounts payable and receivables using QuickBooks, ran payroll, compiled quarterly project costing reports, and collected project set up information.

Ms. Trevino obtained her Associate of Arts in Business from Colorado Mountain College and her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of North Colorado.

Over the years, she has given back to the community by providing support and meals families in need. As well as walking dogs and playing with cats in the animal shelter. She is always open to finding new ways to get involved in the community.

In her free time, Ms. Trevino enjoys spending time with her family, hosting events, and providing new experiences for her toddler. She also can be found going on walks, cooking and baking, watching movies at home or the theater, and traveling.
