Pam Granahan

Office Administrator

Office Administrator, Pam Granahan performs a broad range of administrative duties with an emphasis on coordinating front-office activities, maintaining common areas and supplies, and providing backup administrative support to the Corporate staff.

Mrs. Granahan has spent the majority of her professional career in the real estate industry working with teams to complete title insurance, real estate closings, mortgage loan funding, and loan closings. In addition to working for a real estate attorney and real estate office, she has trained real estate and loan closers and taught continuing education classes for real estate agents. Mrs. Granahan has also worked as an office manager for a construction company on an Air Force base.

She holds a legal secretarial associate degree from Black Hills State University. Mrs. Granahan is a licensed title insurance provider, Colorado Notary Public, and a Colorado Certified Real Estate Closer.

Mrs. Granahan makes monthly contributions to Compassion International to support two children and has regularly volunteered at local schools.

Born in Wyoming and a previous resident of North Dakota, Mrs. Granahan loves hockey and going to the College Frozen Four tournament every year. She is a fan of the University of North Dakota Fighting Hawks. Closer to home, she cheers on her grandson in four different sports. Mrs. Granahan loves gardening and spending time with her family and puppy, McKinnon, or “Mac” for short. She, her husband, children, and grandchildren take a vacation every summer together in hopes of creating amazing, lasting memories.
