As Director of Corporate Operations, Paul Fetherston performs a strategic role in the Director Leadership Team by supporting the planning, implantation, and management of critical corporate functions of Office Administration, Human Resources, and Corporate Legal. He is responsible for organizing, directing, and overseeing all aspects of internal client services management through the establishment of policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems in a manner that maximizes Pinnacle’s ability to deliver high-performing services to its external clients.

Mr. Fetherston has thirty years of professional local government experience at the executive level in communities with populations ranging from 10,000 to over 700,000 in the New England, Mountain West, Southern, and Mid-West regions of the United States. He held positions such as Assistant City Attorney, Town Manager, Chief Administrative Officer, and Deputy City Manager. Mr. Fetherston also has over 10 years of local government service specifically in Boulder and Greeley, Colorado.

At Trinity College of Hartford, Connecticut, Mr. Fetherston obtained his bachelor’s in political science and his Juris Doctor Degree at Western New England University School of Law. Mr. Fetherston holds a license to practice law in the state of Connecticut and is certified in Korn Ferry Leadership Architect and ProSci Change Management. He is an active member of the International City/County Management Association (ICMA).

Mr. Fetherston has been involved in several non-profit community related efforts including service on animal care and historical society boards and committees.

As often as possible, Mr. Fetherston spends his time outdoors including running and hiking.
