Sarah Bromley

Assistant Director of District Management & Administration

In her role as Assistant Director of District Management and Administration, Sarah Bromley performs a strategic role in the Director Leadership Team and the Management and Administration Department. She is responsible for assisting in planning, implementing, directing and managing staff, operations, and administrative functions of the department to ensure the efficient completion of scoped client services and the development and adherence to client budgets.

Mrs. Bromley began at Pinnacle in 2022 as an Assistant District Manager then moved up to District Manager before her current role. Her goal-oriented and quality-driven job experience comes from over a decade in the nonprofit sector. Working in Human Resources, administration, and project management with the United Way and six AmeriCorps programs, she honed her clear communication style and attention to detail, as well as a facility for systemizing processes and procedures.

She earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design at San Jose State University in California, and she is a SHRM Certified Professional.

A native of Fargo, North Dakota, Mrs. Bromley is a lifelong learner who loves trying new things. During her free time, she enjoys sewing, hiking, traveling, reading, and spending time with family, friends, and her dog, Thelma.
