Stanley Holder

Project Manager

Project Manager, Stanley Holder manages and oversees the bidding and contracting process for public infrastructure assets in each district. On behalf of the district and at the direction of the Board of Directors Mr. Holder administers contracts, manages the contracted budget and payment process, coordinates the project team, maintains project records, and administers the acceptance and closeout process.

In his role as Project Manager, Stanley Holder oversees the public bid processes, contract and service agreements, budgeting and payment applications, district and municipal acceptance, district reimbursement, project close out for a variety of public infrastructure projects, and coordinates with facilities teams.

During his eight years in the US Navy, Mr. Holder managed multiple government projects by providing budget oversight and coordinating with multiple entities to ensure the timely completion of those projects. At a mechanical construction company, he initiated, reviewed, and oversaw project administration and documentation, ensured the writing and execution of contracts and subcontracts, oversaw the project budgets and managed payment of vendors.

Mr. Holder earned his Bachelor of Science in Project Management from Colorado State University.

In his free time, Mr. Holder coaches youth sports, plays golf, and spends time with his family.
