Stanley Holder

Assistant Project Manager

In his role as Assistant Project Manager, Stanley Holder assists Project Managers in bid processes, contract administration, and payables. He also helps with closing out projects by preparing agendas, taking minutes, prepping materials for the district, and coordinating with facilities.

In eight years in the US Navy, Mr. Holder managed multiple government projects by providing budget oversight and coordinating with multiple entities to ensure timely completion of those projects. At a mechanical construction company, he initiated, reviewed, and oversaw project administration and documentation, as well as ensuring the writing and execution of contracts and subcontracts.

Mr. Ortiz holds a Bachelor of Science in Project Management.

In his free time, Mr. Ortiz coaches youth sports, plays golf, and spends time with his family.
